Purpose :

In our dialysis clinic, the purpose is to ensure patient and staff safety and satisfaction, while also delivering effective, efficient, timely, and equitable services in accordance with the Health Quality Standards - Dialysis guide.

Goals :

The goals are divided into two categories in parallel with the Health Quality Standards - Dialysis objectives.

Category Goals; cover the organizational goals related to the service delivery methods of our institution.

Achieving "Effective" results in the planned goals.

Monitoring "Efficiency" of all planned and executed tasks and ensuring their continuity.

Increasing "Productivity" by using the correct and minimal resources in accordance with health quality standards to achieve the goals.

Creating an ideal and safe working environment and infrastructure to ensure that healthcare workers in our dialysis center can sustain a "Healthy Working Life."

Category Goals: encompass our responsibilities towards patients who receive direct services from our institution.

Ensuring "Patient Safety" by taking preventive and improvement actions to maintain all foreseeable dangers at an acceptable level of risk for all patients and their relatives receiving treatment in our dialysis center.

Acting with "Equity" to ensure that all patients treated in our dialysis center, without any discrimination, benefit equally based solely on their treatment and care needs, and safeguarding all service processes provided by the institution.

Adopting a "Patient-Centered" approach in all services offered to our patients by considering their wishes, needs, expectations, and values in treatment and care services, and ensuring their active participation in the treatment and care processes.

Acting in "Compliance" with doctors' prescriptions and institutional procedures in all medical procedures and processes decided for patients.

Delivering treatment and care services within the most appropriate and acceptable "Time" frame according to the patient's needs.

Ensuring "Continuity" of care even after the patient's treatment is completed.
