After patients are discharged from the hospital, their lab tests, radiological imaging results, and discharge summaries (epikrisis) are evaluated by nephrologists and specialist physicians. Based on these evaluations, dialysis prescriptions are prepared, and treatment is initiated. Monthly dialysis test results are reviewed, and additional tests or imaging methods may be requested depending on the patient's condition. The duration and frequency of dialysis sessions are determined after these evaluations.
